I am here right now standing outside the office of Baguio

City mayor Benjamin Magalong where he alarmed and informed

the public about the first case of Monkey pox in their city

confirmed by Baguio City health officials last Saturday.

According to City Health Officer Doctor Celia Brillantes,

the host of the first M-pox was a twenty-eight-year-old boy who

experienced rashes and blisters.

Additionally, Magalong also encouraged the people to

follow protocols such as wearing face masks when going out

and observe social distancing to avoid this “direct-contact”

NEWS PRESENTER 2:

Ready to reprint.

After the controversy that happened between COMELEC

and Supreme Court where approximately six million ballots were

wasted, COMELEC announced that they are now set to reprint

the official voting ballots for the Twenty-twenty-five National and

Local Elections on Wednesday January twenty-two.

COMELEC chairman George Erwin Garcia admitted that

the process of ballot reprinting is not easy and they did not

expect the additional expenses.

Despite this, Garcia encouraged the public not to blame

the Supreme Court and emphasized that the court’s order must

be followed and respected.

NEWS PRESENTER 3:

Live television interview.

This was the request of Kingdom of Jesus Christ founder

Pastor Apollo Quiboloy that was dismissed by Pasig City

Regional Trial Court or R-T-C in relation to his run for senator in

the twenty twenty-five Midterm elections on May twelve.

Pasig R-T-C denied the request due to the risks

associated with any public statements that Quiboloy might make

in the interview that could influence the perception of the public

in his ongoing trial, however the court clarified that Quiboloy is

not prohibited from campaigning.

On the other hand, Pastor Quiboloy hasn’t released a

statement regarding this issue.
