SAN SIMON
PURPOSE OF VISIT: Monitoring of the Construction of Central MRF with DILG, LPMC, MEO and
MPDO
DATE: January 21, 2025
PLACE: San Agustin, San Simon, Pampanga

I. HIGHLIGHT:
 The Construction of the Central MRF should be completed on or before April 18, 2025, as per MC
No. 2024-006. The project timeline is 12 months from the date of issuance from the regional
office.
 The LGU should request a letter from the COMELEC for the exemption of the project prior to the
election ban.
 The MEO should submit to DILG-MLGOO a geotagged photo for the update on the backfilling of
the road leading to the construction site.
 The MEO should submit a new schedule of work in accordance with the MC No. 2024-006 project
deadline.
