Team Project outline- Assigned marks 50 marks (accounting for 50%)


Overall description

Students should act as an analyst and pick a department operating in Dar Fouad Hospital where
they work in. Students should be able to apply the basic functions of management learned from
the course. A report must be conducted and comprised of the requirements below. Also, a ten-
minute presentation will be required for the completion of the assessment. Students are obliged to
work in groups composed of 5 to 6 persons.

Specific requirements and assigned marks:

The written report should meet the criteria mentioned in the marking scheme below and presented
with a cover sheet with students’ names and registration numbers. Besides, each group should
handle their project reports via email: [email protected], including all visual material used
for presentation. Reports must be submitted on the 23rd of December 2023. Presentations will be
held on the 24th of December 2023. Plagiarism will be taken seriously. Please make sure members
are the ones doing the project themselves and everyone must ensure all details of the project is
known by heart.
