RENT AGREEMENT
AND

Hereinafter called “THELESSEE” (which Expression shall mean and successors and assigns)
of the “OTHER PART”:
In consideration of the rent hereinafter reserved and all the covenants and
conditions hereinafter contained to be observed and performed on the part of the
LESSEE the LESSOR does ,Hereby demise by way of lease the HNO 27 VILLAGE TIKRI
GALI NO 3, GURGAON HARYANA - 122004
which the LESSOR is absolutely owner and is entitled in law to execute this deed
together with the appurtenant land/space, the rights to make use of entrances,
passages, stair case landings and other easements, belonging and pertaining to
the said premises unto and .to the use of the LESSEE for a period of 11 Months
commencing from 25-06-2024 TO 15-12-2024 renewable by mutual consent, by
paying unto the LESSOR during the said period of monthly rent of RS-5000/- (Rupees
Five Thousand only) per month. Payable in advance, inclusive for hire' charges of
the fitting and fixtures in the premises, subject to the Following conditions:-
THE LESSEE HEREBY COVENANTS WITH THE LESSOR AS FOLLOWS:-
1. That the Lessee shall pay to the Lesser they said monthly rent by Chas on
orbefore7th day of each English Calendar month.
2. That the Lessee has paid RS.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as
SecurityDeposit to be refunded without interest at the time of termination of the
lease or vacation of the land after deductingoutstandingdues, I fany.
3. That subject to the Lassoers covenants, the Lessee shall keep the interior of the
demised premises in good order and condition (reasonable wear and tear
excepted) andattend to minor repairs such as fuses, leakage of water taps etc.
4. That the Lessee shall use demised premises for {Residence} purpose only and
shall pay for consumption of electricity and water direct to the concerned
authorities as per Bills received by them.
5. That the Lessee shall not sub- let assign or otherwise part with possession of
thedemised premises without the; consent of the LESSOR in writing.
6. That the Lessee or Lessee, shall to entitled to terminate the lease at any time
during the initial or renewed terms (s) of the lease upon serving 1 monlh previous
notice in writing of his /her intention to do so
7. That the LESSEE shall deliver the demised premises to the lesser on the expiration
or earlier determination of the lease together with the LESSOR'S fitting
.and fixtures, if any, in such conditions herein contained. The lessee shall be
responsible any breakage and damage done to the electrical sanitary &other
fitting& fixtures darling thetenancy period.

theLeasedpremises for inspection and carrying out repairs etc. at reasonable time
and when necessary
(2) That the lesser shall affect all major repairs such as leakage, in electricity
sanitary fitting, water pipes or 'cracks etc at his/her: own cost immediately
uponsuch defe.cts isnotified to him / her by the Lessee
(3) That on the expiry of lease period of 11 months the lessee shall vacate the
demisedprmises and handover the vacant and peaceful possession to the lesser'
without any delay,
With. The mutual consent of both parties the lease can be extended for another
11ninth/swith increase of 10 % in the monthly rent
