administer a Winter School IT facility, comprising of a small computer network in an unused
classroom. Learners will use this facility over the holidays to work on their PATs and to catch
up on work they might have missed during the term.
9.1 Consider the advertisement shown below, which appeared in the school newspaper, and
answer the questions that follow.
