Here's some support so you can


understand how the app works.

Log in

Log in using your email address and


the password received via email!

Book your sessions to deliver

Don’t forget to book your slots for the


upcoming week.
After successfully logging in, this
screen will appear.

Turn on your location to


proceed.

Click on the drop-down


menu in the top left
corner to explore all the
features.

The support icon is in the


upper right corner of the
homepage . Click on it
to report any issues or
check the status of your
open cases.

To access your personal information, tap on


the menu icon and select “My Profile.”

Make sure to update your information to complete


your profile by adding your phone number, email,
vehicle details, and all other information.

In addition to your personal information, in this


section you will find your Rider ID, which serves as
your unique identification number.

For security reasons, remember to change your


password after your first login.

Available sessions

All the sessions available for booking. You can


filter by day, session time and starting area.

Sessions open on Thursday, starting at 4PM. The


calendar becomes available based on your score.
You can book sessions for the upcoming week.

How to Book a Session?

Open the calendar to view


the available sessions.

Select your preferred


sessions and click to book
them. Select any sessions
you want up to a 12-hour
daily limit.

Sessions marked with a 🔥


icon indicate high demand.

To check your booked


sessions, click on the
"Booked" tab.
Available sessions

Sessions may be extended due to high demand in


your area. You'll receive a notification when this
happens, allowing you to continue delivering.

Unable to book your


preferred sessions? Check
the "Start now" option:

The "Start Now" option may


appear due to high demand
in your area. You can start
delivering even if you
couldn't book that session in
advance!

The session will start


immediately and last for 1
hour, but you can stop
delivering anytime before
the hour ends.
My sessions

Shows your sessions taken and


completed by week.

Are you unable to attend your booked sessions?

You can swap your sessions, and other riders will be


able to book them!

Go to “My session” and select "Offer Swap" to make


your session available to other riders.

If you offer a swap at least 12 hours before the session


starts, it will be automatically unbooked.

If offered less than 12 hours before, another rider will


have to take it, otherwise, you will have to attend to
avoid a no-show, which affects your score.

You can view your cash balance evolution.

The cash balance is all the amounts received or spent in


cash when delivering using the app.

When you reach your daily cash limit, you will receive a
message with information on how you can deposit it.

When you receive an


assigned delivery, the
acceptance screen will show
if you need to pay the vendor
in cash.

If you don't have enough


cash, you can redispatch
the delivery, but this will
affect your acceptance
ratio.

We recommend carrying
some cash with you during
your route in case you need
to pay the vendor or give
change to a customer.

you want to see.

Check your Average per


hour and your Hours
Online information.

You'll get paid for each


delivery you make. The
exact delivery fee varies per
order and includes a
variable distance fee.

How much you will make


per order will be shown
right on the acceptance
screen, and this is how
much your earnings for
that order will be.

Current batch group. Your batch determines


when you get to book your sessions

A new batch is assigned


to you every week based
on your scores from the
previous week.

Batches are from 1 to 12.


Batch 1 has the best
incentive because you
have the first pick of the
sessions!

Sessions are open from


every 30 min from batch
1 until batch 12.

When your session starts, go
to the starting area and click
on the "I am available"
button.

Check the heatmap to see
real-time high-demand
areas. Darker colours mean
higher demand.

New deliveries will appear on
the home page. Click on the
“Accept order” button to
accept it.

Go to the pick up point and
click on the “Arrived at
vendor” button.

Once the vendor has given
you the delivery, click the
“pick-up” button and confirm
the pick-up in the app.
