Sub: Appointment Letter

We are please to inform you that you have been appointed with our Company as an STORE
KEEPER
This offer is valid upon your acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions:

1- Your Total Salary will be AED 1800/- One Thousands Eight Hundred Dirham per
month of which (AED 200/-) for food free and Accommodation provided by
company.

2- The duration of your Employment Agreement shall be Limited Contract for 2 Years, However
the first term of your Labour Contract would be for two years and then to be renewed for further
period of two years.
3- You will be entitled for 30 days paid annual leave with a yearly single return air ticket to your
homeland and back to Dubai ( Dubai/ India/ Dubai ), However, your 1 st annual leave and air
ticket allowances will be paid to you in cash only after your return from your annual leave and
after your resumption of duty.

4- Your end of service benefits will be calculated as per rules and regulations of the U.A.E
Ministry of Labour.

5- The Joining Date of your employment with us will be as soon as your employment visa is
issued by the Ministry of Labour / Immigration.

6- You are immediately to provide us with the following items:

• The original copy of your certificates which should be attested by the U.A.E. Consulate in
India, and finally by the U.A.E Ministry of Foreign affairs in Dubai.
• 10 nos of your recent photos.
• A copy of your valid passport.

7- You with Group Medical Insurance, However, the yearly renewal of the Group Medical
Insurance will be to the entire discretion of our Company will be provided.

8- You will also be provided with Group life & Personal Accident Insurance, which is currently
available to all of our employees. However the yearly renewal of the same will be to the entire
discretion of our Company.
9- You will be under probation for a period of 6 months and the laws and regulations of the UAE
will be applicable to you, Subject to your satisfactory completion of the probationary period,
you will be absorbed in our organization on a permanent basis.

10- During your probationary period, your performance will be closely monitoring particularly
with reference to the following aspects among others:

• Your speed and accuracy.


• Ability to cope with high pressure working conditions.
• Capacity to put in long working hours.
• Competence and devotion to duty.
• Ability to adapt to work and working conditions in our organization.
• Efficiency and effectiveness.
• Transpierces and professionalism while conducting your duties.
• Sincerity , dedication and team work.
• Potential to grow in and with the organization.
• Your behaviors towards other staff and our client.

11- Incase you wish to resign, to must give a minimum notice period (3) months.

12- No experience Certificate will be issued at time of Termination/ Resignation, unless you have
completed working with us for a minimum period of Two (2) years.

13- You will not be permitted to work with any other entities which having similar activates to us, unless
(6) months elapsed from the last day of your employment with our company.

14- your original passport will remaining the company custody during the period of your associates with the
organizations. However, your passport can be release for genuine purpose under proper application
subject to approval of the Management.

15- You will entirely be responsible to refund the company for all paid expenses such as visa, Labour card,
Health card, PRO- charges, Air Ticket, Medical Card, Agent Charges and Training cost etc, in the
following cases:

• If refused to join the company at any stage and while your visa is being processed.
• If you are terminated during your probationary period.
• If you resign or you are terminated while your visa is valid.
• If you fail in medical test.

16- Some of your responsibly are summarized below as a guideline, and your duties and responsibility by
no means will be limited to the following takes:

• You will be directly report to branch Manager/Supervisor.


• You will be working as an store keeper.
• You will be deputed to any of our branches in the UAE depending on the work pressure.
17- You are to the following professional behaviors without any exceptions:

• Duty hour will be 8 Hrs a day 6 days a week additional overtime available with extra payment.
• No partial leave with or without pay will be granted unless for emergency cases which are
to be present with proper and adequate proves for our approvals.
• Sick leave only be approved with sick leave certificate issued by the Government Hospital.

18- Your monthly salary will be transferred to your account with Mashreq Bank or Emirates NBD Bank or
Redha Al Ansari Yellow Pay card which will be established after your resident visa formalities are
completed.

19- Our establishment may terminated your service immediately and without notice in case you fail to adhere
to all of the terms and condition of this appointment letter or you violate clause (120) of the Federal Law
No .(8) of 1980 in respect of the organization of Labour Relation and also as provided in clause (88) there
of.

20- The Terms and Condition of this appointment letter (Agreement) will supersede all future agreements
that will be singed between us and you for the purpose of Resident Visa’s Process formalities.
