NOTE:

 Assessment for Learning is prioritized.

 Investigation should not be based on already taught content (promote discovery)

 All tests should have a minimum of 50 marks and a maximum of 75 marks unless stated otherwise.

 The content prescribed for the test in the POA should be administered in one sitting.

 All formal assignments should have a minimum of 50 marks and a maximum of 100 marks and be written
under supervision.

 All examination should be written as per national guidelines (refer to CAPS and exam guidelines)

 For tests, adhere to dates that appear in the school assessment plan or district program (Time table for tests)

 All common tasks will be written on the same date.

 More marks should be allocated to the content indicated per task, if other topics are covered, they should
cover less marks as compared to the core content.
