I am writing to provide authorization for my minor child, Alexander Wong Olivera, to


travel under the supervision of Brenda Enid Olivera Sanchez. Alexander Wong
Olivera will be traveling from Houston TX, to Barranquilla , Colombia on June 11
2024-August 30 2024.

I understand that Brenda Enid Olivera Sánchez will be responsible for Alexander’s
safety and well-being during the entire trip. She will ensure that Alexander Wong
Olivera adheres to all travel regulations and guidelines set forth by the airline and
immigration authorities.

I hereby grant Brenda Wong Olivera full authority to make decisions on behalf of
Alexander Wong Olivera during the trip, including but not limited to medical
treatment and any necessary emergency actions.
