Background of the Study
• With rise in the technology, many companies have incorporated productivity platforms for the smooth

workflow and transparency.

• There is need for employees to execute their day-to-day work in areas other than the conventional workplace,

enabled by technical connectivity.

• Voice, video, and Internet communication services such as Slack, Microsoft teams, Discord etc.

• During lockdowns, digital technologies have been the key for preserving economic activity and ensuring

resilience.

• Productivity apps have been shown to have three major benefits: accountability, assessment, and

improvement.
Problem Statement
• The traditional work environment has undergone a huge transformation due to advances in
communication technology minimizing the impact of time and place on organizational
communication (Herschel & Andrews, 1997).

• Need for connectivity and to remove barriers between people, information, and process.

• To make the business more agile and competitive .


Research Objective
• To analyze the effect of technology on the organizational performance.
• To determine the effect of communication on the organizational
performance.
• To cogitate the effect of task interdependence on the organizational
performance.
• To examine the effect of business profitability on the organizational
performance.
• To analyse the effect of Employees on the organizational performance.

• H1: Technology has a significant effect organizational performance.
