Online Open Elective Course Registration User Manual

Important Instructions for the students.

1.Login with Username as USN and Password As Date of Birth


2. Students can only choose one open elective course .
3. Once a student submits their course registration, they cannot change or edit it; it is a one-time submission.
4. Students have to carefully read the instructions in the circular (Ref: SJEC/DEAN-AA/2023-24/55 dated 13 April
2024) before open elective registration."

Hoover on the registration
tab.

Step2:
Click on “open elective
course registration”
Open elective course registration page

Step2:
Select the radio button
against the course for the
registration

Step3:
Click on “Submit”
Course registration view page

After submitting the data,


the student can view the
message: "Registration
successful! Check the
course details
Important Note For the students

Please note: If registration limit has


exceeded the course against system will not
allow to do the registration from that course
against.
In this case students has to choose the
another course and submit the registration.
