The Tea Personality Test (TPT) assesses variables that the Spanish professional reality has been
demanding, and offers scores in three major factors or dimensions: Emotional Stability, Open-
mindedness and Responsibility, based on 15 scales:

It contains 160 elements that are answered on a 4-degree scale of frequency of the specific
behavior of each phrase or element. Designed especially for the workplace, it is also applicable in
other contexts (educational or personal).

Instructions for taking the test:
This questionnaire contains a series of sentences. Read each one of them and decide if it is a
behavior or a fact that occurs in you more or less frequently.
As you will see, there are no “correct” or “incorrect” answers, as a behavior may be common for
one person and rare for another; therefore, try to be as honest as possible and express your
opinions directly. Answer spontaneously, without thinking too much about the answers.
You must try to answer all the sentences, without leaving any blank. Make sure that the number of
the sentence you are answering matches the answer options dedicated to that question.
If you have already received the correction code, include it along with your data, fill out the
questionnaire and press “Send” once, wait for the screen confirming that the form has been sent
successfully.
