RECOMMENDER
1. Fill out this form completely and at length - The more descriptive and through you are, the
better your letter of recommendation will be.
2. One-word answers, or one-sentence answers, will result in the form being returned to you so
that you may follow instruction number 1.
3. You will fill out this form twice—once for each of the teachers you select as your
recommenders.
4. Email your completed forms to us at The CollegeSource, and also to each of the teachers you
selected to be your recommender.
The deadline for submission of this form is 15th July. It is unlikely that we will consider
accepting any form after that date.
For those who are applying for early decisions in 15th October (UK), or and have deadlines
on November 1st (USA), please fill this out immediately and forward the form to Neha
Ma’am and to the two teachers you have selected as your recommenders.
