Report Configuration—Type & Sorting

This column shows types of data contains within selected data fields. These
data types are:
T = Text (T15 means data type is text and field length is 15)
dd/MM/yyyy = Date (Date format depends on user PC’s date format)
N = Number (examples are order quantity, financial values etc.)

This column is used to apply data sorting. Ascending and descending both are
available. First click will set ascending sorting. Second click will set descending
sorting. Third click will remove soring.

Sorting can be applied on multiple columns. In that case soring priority need to
set by placing column sequentially as per priority.

Columns can be moved up or down by:

1. Drag column up/down
2. Use up / down arrow button available on left below corner
3. Shift + Up or shift + down arrow button to place column on top / bottom
Report Configuration—Subtotal

Sorting must use to apply subtotal. Multiple columns can have subtotal at the same time. There are 5 types of subtotal. These are:

Subtotal: This subtotal is used most widely. Subtotal row is showed on report after details.

Split Subtotal: All details will be shown first, then all subtotal values will be shown together.

Weekly Subtotal: This can be applied only on date. When used, dates will be grouped by week then show subtotal.

Monthly Subtotal: This can be applied only on date. When used, dates will be grouped by month then show subtotal.

Examples are available on next page

Report Configuration—Filter

Type Column: This is used in conjunction with “filter from” and “filter to” columns. Multiple data can be filtered or excluded by using this.

Filter from I Filter to

Text Data Type Filer: Filter can be applied by simply typing value on “Filter From” field.
Number Data Type Filer: Number need to put on “Filter From” and “Filter To” to declare desired number range. If specific number is required, same num-
ber need to put on both fields.
Date Data Type Filter: Dates can be filtered by declaring date range as per type column’s date format. Filter from and Filter to both column need to use.
Beside this, Today, Week, Month, Unknown can be used on those fields.

Examples will be available on next pages.

Please note that order code has multiple parts separated by :: i.e. P-101::Black::UK. Here P-101 is “Base Code”, Black is “Code Part 2” and UK is “Code
Part 3”.
