Act. 1976 for retainable / non-retainable land.

7. Copy of Part Regional Plan with plans indicating Regional Plan provisions
certified by Assistant Director Town Planning, Nagpur Branch, Nagpur.

8. The area statement of land duly certified by Architect.

9. The statement by Architect regarding status, encumbrances, services, access


to the land under reference etc.

10. Clearance certificate from Gram Panchayat stating that the property
tax/taxes have been paid upto date.

11. Copy of license of Registration of Architect.

12. Attested Xerox copy of Sale deed / lease deed & registered power of
attorney.

13. No encumbrance certificate.

14. N.A. order

15. Copy of Town Planning sanction
