Offer of Employment– Terms & Conditions

Dear Vivek,

With reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased
to offer you a position as DevOps Associate in Mahity Systems on the following terms:

Joining date: As discussed and agreed you will join no later than 27th January 2025.

Compensation: Your total annual Cost to Company (CTC) is INR 4,20,000 (Rupees Four Lakhs Twenty
thousand only). The detailed breakup is mentioned in Annexure-I.

The Base salary shall be paid monthly in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll
practices. Amounts payable to you shall be reduced by required withholding taxes & other
customary and/ or authorized deductions. During the employment period, you shall be entitled
to participate in employee benefit plans or programs of the Company, if any, to the extent that
your position, tenure, salary, age, health, location and other qualifications make you eligible to
participate, subject to the rules and regulations applicable thereto. These benefits may change
from time to time. Please refer to the attached Annexure I table for the detailed CTC break up.

If any training/certification is provided, then there is a mutual acceptance on a minimum period of


employment between the employer and the employee of three years from the date of course
completion and or certification.

In case the employee wishes to depart prior to completion of this period, the employee would be
expected to return to the company the training/certification fees + salary paid during the term of
training/certification with an interest of 2% on the sum amount for the remaining period of 36
months.

Business Expenses: All business-related expenses incurred by you shall be reimbursed by the
Company, in accordance with your eligibility and Company’s policies.

Paid Time off: You will be eligible for paid vacation days and other public holidays in accordance
with standard company policy. Vacation shall be taken upon reasonable notice.

Background Check: Mahity Systems performs a background check of all candidates uponjoining.

Validity of the offer: This offer is valid.

a) receipt of satisfactory responses/ feedback during reference and background checks to be


made with your previous employers,

b) subject to your acceptance of the offer within one week of receipt of this offer and

c) subject to your joining duties on or before, the date mentioned above.

Submission of documents: As part of your joining formality, you are required to submit the
following documents on/before your date of joining:

a) Photocopies of Education Documents: SSC, HSC, Diploma/Degree, PG/ any certification /


Courses,

b) Identity proof/ Residential proof (Pan card, Aadhar card, Ration card/Passport/ Driving
license/ Electricity/Telephone bill),

c) Professional documents (experience letter/ relieving letter/ relevant documents for past
employment, last three month pay slips of current/last employment) if applicable,
d) Three passport-size photographs.
