I, ED VINCENT GERONILLA., of legal age, Filipino and a resident of DAVAO CITY, do hereby name, constitute,
and appoint SHEILA MAY DEMIAR to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place
and stead to, to do the following special powers, to wit:

1. To process, transact, sign, receive, and follow-up in my behalf with the following company and
government agencies in line with my TRANSFER CERTIFICATE of TITLE, to wit:
1.1 PRIMELAND PROPERTIES INC.
1.2 HOME DEVELOPMENT AND MUTUAL FUND (HDMF).
1.3 Registry of Deeds

2. To process, transact, sign, receive, and follow-up in my behalf with the BUREAU OF INTERNAL
REVENUE for the following:

2.1 To request for tax identification certification;


2.2 To pay for any TRANSFER TAX &/or CAPITAL GAIN TAX for the transfer of the
above title under my name;
2.3 To claim the original electronic certificate authorizing registration (eCAR).

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney full powers and authority to do and perform all and
every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing powers, as fully to all intents and purposes as
I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do cause to be done by virtue hereof.
