Tenses are majorly divided into three types - present tense, past tense and future tense. Future continuous tense is one of the 4 types of future tense. Future continuous tense refers to those actions that are going to happen in future and are going to continue for some particular time. Examples of Future Continuous Tense I will be writing the letter tomorrow. The baby will be playing the whole night. I will be helping my mother to make breakfast. Penny will be running the marathon tomorrow. She will be taking her dog for a walk. My mother won’t be working tomorrow. Who will be waiting for John at the railway station? Will they be sleeping here? My friends will be coming over for lunch tomorrow. Will you be doing your homework tonight? I will be watering the plants tomorrow morning. How to Form Future Continuous Tense? [Subject + will be + verb in ‘-ing’ form]. 1. Affirmative - for example, “I will be going to the movies tomorrow.” 2. Negative – for example, “I won’t be going to the party tonight.” 3.
