Harsh It Ha 2019

This document presents an experimental analysis of designing and modeling an ISO standard bolt and nut using FDM 3D printing technology with PLA and ABS materials. The study involves the use of CURA software for slicing and ANSYS software for analyzing shear stress, equivalent stress, and deformation of the printed components. Results indicate that both materials exhibit different mechanical properties, with PLA demonstrating higher shear stress compared to ABS.
