Product Appearance
2.1 Button Description:
1. Power Button: Long press for 3s to turn the printer on / off. The printer will automatically turn off if not used for
more than 20 minutes;
2. Print the Self-Test Page: Press the power button twice;
3. Compartment Open Button: Open the top cover of the paper compartment.
2.2 Description of Indicator Status:
Green light on: Charging Complete / On / Standby;
Red Light On: Charging In Progress / Out of Paper / Overheating;
Red Light Flashing: Battery Low;
Blue Light On: Bluetooth is connected, ready to print.
2.3 Charging Instructions:
Type-C Interface Battery: 1200mAh
①5V / 1A input harge, this printer is not equipped with a power adapter, you can use a standard USB charging
socket;
② If you don’t plan on using the printer for a long time, please charge it every 3 months to prevent the lithium
battery from being unusable due to long-term wear and tear.
Label installation and replacement
APP Download & Bluetooth Connection
1. Scan the QR code below to download the APP;
2. Enter “Marklife” on Google App Store or Apple App Store to download the APP. Make sure that Bluetooth is
enabled. Open the APP and click “not connected” in the upper left corner, search for the printer and follow the
instructions to connect your mobile phone to the printer.
Caution: Do not search for the printer to be connected in the Bluetooth settings of your mobile phone.

Troubleshooting
5.1 LED light alert:
The LED normally lights up when an abnormal condition occurs, which will cause the printer to stop working.

5.2 Print Head Failure:
If the printed paper has a fixed vertical white line, the print head may be dirty or broken, clean it first and try again.
Replace the print head if the problem persists.
5.3 Cleaning the Print Head:
1. Open the paper compartment of the printer, cover after turning off the power and remove the paper roll;
2. Gently wipe the print head with a cloth or cotton swab soaked in medical alcohol;
3. After cleaning, please wait 1~2 minutes and make sure the alcohol evaporate completely before using.
If the printer just finished printing. Please wait for the print head to cool down.
Do not touch the print head to avoid burns due to overheating.
5.4 Poor Print Quality :
If the print quality is poor, try the following steps:
1. Clean the print head, refer to the previous print head cleaning method;
2. The label paper may be of inferior quality, replace it.
A warm reminder about Bluetooth connectivity
1. Please turn on the Bluetooth function of your mobile phone and connect to Bluetooth in the APP terminal;
2. For Android phones, please turn on the location function to ensure that the mobile app can search for the
tagger.
