COURSE DESCRIPTION The course focuses on the five major areas of wage and salary administration with focus on salary standardization in the government, examines job evaluation,
employee evaluation, job standardization and work measurement, incentives, wages, and managerial compensation

PROGRAM VISION Bachelor of Science in Public Administration (BSPA) envisions to be a dynamic center for excellence in the development of competencies, skills, knowledge, and work
values that modern public administrative professionals should possess.
PROGRAM MISSION The Public Administration Program commits to facilitate the integral development of learners towards transformation through relevant curricular offerings, related
school activities, and specialized trainings designed for the holistic development of the students in their field of specialization.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES The Public Administration Program aims to train and prepare students to become efficient, effective, responsive, and globally competitive professionals by:
1. providing quality instruction in the field of public administration;
2. providing relevant activities/co-curricular programs for students to initiate professionalism and facilitate interactions between government, profit and
nonprofit sectors with the observance of ethical and workable solutions to societal needs; and, facilitating programs that promote research and include
student’s organization, student internship, conventions, seminars, educational field trips, and extension services/outreach.
