Conclusion

During the three months, I was able to understand and


utilise my theoretical skill that I acquired during my
PGDHRM studies.
I came to the understanding that most students randomly
apply for jobs without properly going through the job
description.
From the above table we can come to an understanding
about how much students were actually aiming for a proper
chance to launch their career. As an HR I was able to
identify potential candidates through Q&A and resume
surfing which gave me an insight into if the candidate is fit
for the position. I was able to schedule, conduct interviews,
do onboarding processes and conduct basic training to new
interns.
