DATA GATHERING INSTRUMENT

Objective:

The purpose of this instrument is to collect data to examine the effect of competency-
based assessment (CBA) on students' performance in EDUC 7, including their
perception of its fairness and effectiveness, as well as challenges faced in integrating
CBA into the curriculum.

A. Pre- and Post-Assessment Test

This test will evaluate the students’ competencies in the course EDUC 7: The
Andragogy of Learning before and after the application of competency-based
assessment.

B. Survey Questionnaire for Students and Instructors

This survey is designed to gather the perceptions of both students and instructors about
the implementation of CBA in EDUC 7, focusing on its fairness, effectiveness, and
challenges.
