INTERPRETATION-Art appreciation and interpretation are both ways of understanding
and valuing art. Art appreciation involves understanding the visual elements, historical
context, and emotional impact of art. Art interpretation is the process of analyzing the

3. DISCUSSION
Art is important for us because it’s not only about painting, sculpture, music, and poetry. It’s
also about engaging with the society, the key issues that effect us because that is the art it
matters, and to people that impress each other with that. Art can also be film viewing, plays,
dance performances on stage, props, and how people have democracy civil and human rights,
the economy, and the environment. Artists work so hard for everyone to learn about those, to
be impressed, and know who, when, and where did they make it. Artists don’t just work, paint,
and do what they want to do, they see a world of potentials, opportunities, possibilities,
inspirations to people. Art is either quantity, quality, or both and how it affects everyone, how
people or artists express themselves and also change and addicts people’s minds.

We also learn about art from one of the Greek philosophers, Aristotle, Plato, and Socrates. It
relates to Ethics and Philosophy because they taught us how to be polite to others, show
respect, courtesy, love, wisdom, and other good things. That was in the time before Jesus was
born, so they are philosophers who teach us how to become better people, and make laws.
People use their minds to work, focus and learn about it, and come into conclusions on what art
they did.

Aristotle said virtue is about being polite and teaching someone how to do good things. We
should do the right thing, choose the right friends, and have every right to respect, courtesy,
dealing with others politely, and courteously, and good manners to people and ourselves.
Eudaimonia means pushing ourselves to our limits, to success like studying well and doing
assignments on time. Plato also learned about that as well.

4. CONCLUSION
Art is not only for educational purposes but we can also have it as a job. Art appreciation
teaches us about our lives, feelings, attitudes, and how we can learn about the histories, its
details, and how nice they make it. Virtue is about being better people all the time especially
when it comes to Ethics. We learn and get inspired from others, but we should learn as well.
