Transformational leadership, as a visionary planner and motivator, plays a

crucial role in healthcare systems. It fosters networks and relationships


within the team to achieve long-term goals (Wedberg et al., 2020). This
leadership style has been proven to enhance knowledge achievement in
healthcare organizations and quality management. Importantly, Wedberg et
al. (2020) found that transformational leadership is preferred due to its
significant positive impact on staff satisfaction, retention, innovative
implementation, and, ultimately, organizational success. Studies have shown
that transformational leaders also have a higher positive implementation of
evidence-based practice frameworks in healthcare and appeal to the morals
and values of the staff when trying to adopt an EBP guideline Wedberg et al.,
2020).
I personally would like the framework of a transformational learner and
would like to pattern my leardship after this type of leadership. It appears
that the success of this form of leader is able to achieve long term goals and
benefit the organization.
