CREW MEMBER
Department Food Service FLSA Status Non Exempt
Reports To Restaurant Manager Salary Grade Date Approved
Position Summary
Responsible for delivering great guest experiences. Communicates appropriately with fellow team members, treating others fairly and with respect.
Respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency. Adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivery quality food and
beverage to each guest. Maintain a clean and neat workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest and work areas as directed. Complete all
required training and support the training of other team members.
Working Conditions
General fast food environment. Standing and walking for long durations of time. Standing position in close proximity to equipment and other
workers. Loading, unloading, bending, stooping, twisting, pushing, lifting and carrying. Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds. Use of personal
computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer, cash register and calculator. Required to work varying schedules.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Greets and acknowledges customers in a friendly and professional manner. 20%
Serve quality food and beverages to every customer and participate in the team effort to make sure that guests are served as

quickly as possible.
Maintain quality standards with it comes to handling and preparing food orders. 15%
Describe and assemble promoted products and or beverages in accordance to the ongoing marketing promotion. 10%
Prepares all products following appropriate recipes and procedures 10%
Prepares and cooks food and beverages. 10%
Maintains restaurant cleanliness by cleaning windows and doorsm sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors, ensuring

counters and tables are clean, taking out the trash, etc.
Actively participates in meeting all cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards. 5%
Adheres to all policies and procedures accordingly and reports inappropriate conduct to supervisor immediately. 5%
Maintains knowledge of Burger Boy’ policies and procedures, and products offered. >5%
Performs all other duties as assigned. >5%
QUALIFICATIONS
License & Other
Education Experience Certification Testing
Good reading, writing, arithmetic
Criminal and oral communication skills.
High school diploma Entry level position – previous Basic computer and administrative
N/A background
or equivalent experience preferred. skills
