1 & Technicians to execute the Jobs are approved by a Method of

Prior to Erection, fabricated parts of Structures transported Safely to


2 the Yard for Installation. To check for visible abrasion, distortion,
bending, buckling or any other damage to structural member.

External Painting/Coating System over Structure is in Good Conditions.


3 Incase Damaged Sections Identified, to be marked and Shop/Field
Repair to be Proposed by Contractor.

Installation of Anchor Rods, Foundation Bolts & Concrete Pedestals are


4 in Plan, Projection & Position. (Post Installation Survey Report to attach
for acceptance).

Position Permissible deviation of the erected Columns & Post ± 5mm to

its specified position/grid center on horizontal axis.

Liner Dimension Permissible deviation from specified length or width ±

5mm per 10 m of length.

Plumb Permissible deviation from Vertical at every 15 m of Height ± 5

mm per 15 m of length.

Levels Permissible deviation between the specified level & that of

erected member ± 3mm on Vertical Axis.

Filler Shims/Steel Packing Plates/Levelling Nuts are available as per


9 Specifications/AFC /Shop Drawings in position under Bearing & Base
Plates.

Columns Plumb Line through the base Working Point for an individual
10 column is in precise location ± 6mm on Tolerance on location of
Working Point at Base.

11 Check Bolt Tightening found Satisfactory.
