Rahul ka Daily Time Table

Morning Routine

5:30 AM - 6:00 AM: Uth kar fresh ho jaiye aur halka exercise kijiye.

6:00 AM - 6:30 AM: Subah ka revision (coaching ka pichhla topic revise karein).

6:30 AM - 6:50 AM: Breakfast kijiye aur coaching ke liye tayar ho jaiye.

7:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Coaching attend karein.

Afternoon Routine

12:30 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch karke thoda relax kijiye.

1:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Coaching me pada hua topic revise karein aur short notes banayein.

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Ek subject ka ek chapter thoroughly padhein (rotation me: Maths, Physics,

Chemistry, Hindi, English).

3:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Questions solve karein ya diagrams practice karein.

Evening Routine

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Doston ke saath ghoomne ka time (refreshment zaroori hai).

5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Dusre subject ka ek chapter padhein aur uske questions practice karein.

6:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Evening snacks aur halka relaxation.

Night Routine

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Ek aur subject ke notes banaiye aur examples solve karein.
8:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Dinner time.

8:30 PM - 9:30 PM: Daily revision (din bhar jo padha uska quick revision).

9:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Kal ke liye planning aur doubts list karein.

10:00 PM: Sone ke liye ready ho jaiye.

Important Points:

1. Sunday Special: Sunday ko aap revision aur weak topics pe focus karein.

2. Breaks zaroori hain: Har 1-2 ghante ke baad 5-10 minute ka break lijiye, taaki focus bana rahe.

3. Rotation System: Har subject ko equal time dijiye aur weekly rotation kijiye.
