At The Shriram Millennium School, children learn through a gamut of media and activities
in and outside the classroom. Taking learning beyond classrooms, an educational outstation
trip to Ranthambore has been planned for our students of Class IX. This trip will surely be
one to cherish, as it will give learning a whole new dimension.
Date of the Trip:
Please note that the dates for the trip are Thursday, 21st December’23 to Saturday, 23rd
December’23. Students will engage in various fun, interesting, and educational activities
throughout the journey which will allow them to learn through exploration and observation.
If you would like to send your ward for this trip kindly submit the consent form given below
along with a cheque in favour of "Swechha We For Change Foundation". for the amount
mentioned below by Wednesday, 6th December ‘23 to the class teacher. Please note that
any dishonored cheque will attract a fee of Rs. 500/-.
Tour Cost: Rs. 14850/- per student
Kindly adhere to the timelines as the relevant arrangements and bookings have to be made.
A circular regarding all other details will be sent subsequently to the students opting for the
trip. A detailed itinerary is attached for your perusal.
Points to remember: -
Departure: Thursday, 21st December’23 – Assemble in school at 6:00 a.m. sharp. The
children will leave for Ranthambore at 6:30 a.m.
Arrival: Saturday, 23rd December’23- Arrival in school at 7:00 pm (tentative). The dispersal
of the children will be done from school by the respective group teachers. You are requested to
show the school I-card and sign the attendance sheet in order to collect your child.
Students who require medication of any kind must submit the required medicines along with
the prescription to the teacher in charge or the school nurse one day prior to the
commencement of the trip.
Regular updates of the trip will be sent through the mail to your registered email ID.
You are free to call up at the school numbers in case of an emergency. Updates on the trip will
be given on the school's Facebook page as well.
Terms & Conditions - Cancellations and Refunds:
Please note the important terms & conditions for the trip:
• Cancellations prior to 15 days from the journey date: 50% of the program fee excluding
airfare/train fare/bus fare.
• Cancellation done between 14-0 days from the journey date – No Refund.
• No Show – No Refund
• If the journey gets cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances (political or social
instability, the inclement weather, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, public hazards etc.)
that pose a threat to the safety and wellbeing of the participants, the cancellation policy will
apply.
