My name is Priya Yadav. I am currently working as a Data Analyst at TCS, where I have gained
experience in analysing data and deriving actionable insights. I hold a B.Tech degree in
Computer Science and Engineering, which provided me with a strong foundation in technology
and problem-solving.

I have researched the industry standard for this role and based on that I’d expect salary in
range 4lpa to 8lp, However I am open to discussing full compensation package including
benefit, bonus and growth opportunities, to find a number that works for both of us.

me to design and implement efficient workflows for data analysis, ensuring accuracy and
relevance in business strategies.
What did you like least about your last Job?
In my last Job, I enjoyed the work and the team. However, If could change one thing, it would
be having more opportunities for growth, Overtime the role became a bit repetitive, That’s why
I am excited about this position, as its offer new challenges and opportunities to grow
professionally.
What makes you unique?
One thing that make me unique is that’s is my communication skills, Whether I’m working with
a team, presenting to clients, or collaborating with other departments, I make sure to explain
ideas clearly. Good communication ensures everyone’s on the same page, leading to
smoother teamwork and quicker decision -making.
How do you deal with repetitive tasks?
I actually think repetitive tasks can be beneficial because they allow me to become better and
faster at what I am doing. I stay focused and organized and I try to improve the process to
make it more efficient. This keeps me engaged, and when I get new opportunities, I’m ready
to tackle them.

My biggest accomplishment is overcoming my fear of failure. It gives me a complete sense of
living and makes me more confident.

My Biggest failure was when I overlooked an important detail in a project. Since then I have
made it a habit to double check everything before final submissions.

My biggest failure when I crossed deadline of an important project, I believe this happened
due to a poor strategy of not communicating all the team members regarding their
responsibilities. Since then, I have been super cautious to ensure weekly meeting are held
and everyone is briefed about the details about the project.

and see bigger numbers and more client.

value maintaining a good work-life balance for sustained productivity.

How do you handle stress, pressure, and anxiety?

Under pressure and stress, I usually utilize my soft skills and handle every situation calmly. I
also perform physical exercises and mind relaxing activities like meditation to deal with work
stress and pressure.
Is there anything that makes you different from other candidates?
There are a few things that make me different from other candidates. First, I have a lot of
experience working with different teams and managing projects. I’m also great at
communicating with people, so I can easily build relationships with clients and coworkers.
Finally, I have a strong interest in learning new things and taking on new challenges.

Tell me about a time when you were not satisfied with your performance?
I was not satisfied with my performance when assigned to lead a project and failed to meet
the deadline. I felt like I let my team down and was very disappointed. I learned that it is
important to set realistic goals and communicate with team members if there are any delays.
Tell me about a time when you experienced difficulty at work while working on a
project?
During one project, I faced difficulty when I realized the data I received from the client was
incomplete and inconsistent. This significantly impacted the timeline we had planned. To
address this, I first conducted a thorough analysis to identify specific gaps and inconsistencies.
I then communicated with the client, providing clear examples and a prioritized list of the
missing data.
While waiting for the updated dataset, I focused on preparing the data pipeline and automating
parts of the analysis to save time later. Once the corrected data arrived, I quickly integrated it
and adjusted the analysis. Despite the initial challenge, we managed to deliver the project on
time by proactively addressing the issue and staying organized.
