Job Description

Key Responsibilities for the role would include the following:

1. Program Planning: Develop and manage a program roadmap that outlines the program's vision, objectives,
milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
2. Resource Management: Define roles, responsibilities, and tasks for different teams involved in the project.
3. Budget Management: Develop, monitor and manage the program budget..
4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that may impact program success.
Develop and implement mitigation plans.
5. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including senior
management, project teams, vendors, and customers.
6. Communication: Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Provide regular updates
on progress and issues, and ensure that team members are kept informed.
7. Quality Management: Ensure that program deliverables meet or exceed quality standards. Define and
implement quality control processes.

Requirements for the role:

1. Bachelors with atleast 5 years of work experience (preferably B.Tech/BE from IITs/NITs/Tier-1 Colleges) or
Masters with at least 3 years of work experience (preferably MBA from IIMs/Tier-1 institutions)
2. Proven experience as a Program Manager, managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
3. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
4. Previous Experience in E-Commerce, BFSI, SAAS companies will be preferable
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work under pressure and manage
multiple priorities.
7. Knowledge of data tools such as SQL and program management software tools such as Microsoft Project
and JIRA.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
