Materials: Notes:
Yarn (I used "Honey Bunny") This pattern is crocheted in
-Beige (Base color Body) continuous rounds. The wings
-Orange (Accent color beak& legs) are crocheted into the body
but you can sew them on
5mm crochet hook afterwards if you prefer.
8mm safety eyes/ embroidery eyes Use your stitch marker to mark
Black cotton yarn (eye detail) your last stitch in each round.
Stitch marker, Scissors, Stuffing MODS for Flamingo and
Needle for sewing (details only) Mallard Duck are on slide 6.

Leave a little tail, to secure

Note: when crocheting the wings inside round 20,you can knot the
end tails together inside the body: not to tight to avoid misshaping
the body. Or secure these tails the way you prefer.

Use safety pins to determine where you like
your legs to be placed (see picture 1).

Placement: 5-6 round under wing, center of


the belly with 2 SC apart (picture 1).

Insert you crochet hook from the 6th row


under the wing through to the 5th row: pull
up a loop & make a SLST (picture 2).

CH 15, SLST in 2nd CH from hook, 2 SC,


(toe1) CH 4, SLST in 2nd CH from hook, 2
SC, SLST back into the CH as where first toe
started, (toe 2; see picture 3) CH 4 again,
SLST in 2nd CH from hook, 2 SC, SLST back
into the CH as where first toe started (toe 3).
SLST all the way down the chain and make a
last SLST in to the same spot at the body as
where you started.

Body: Start with brown (round1-21)
23-24: White Oust below neck)
25-41: Green (neck and head)
42-45: Orange (beak)
Legs: Orange
