Answer all the questions

Make a PowerPoint presentation with the following criteria included:


- Organize the information below in a meaningful manner
- Use pictures to demonstrate the project
- Different Animations for each picture included
- Different Transitions for each slide
- WordArt (styles of text)
- SmartArt (eg. Arrows indicating timeline as shown below)
- At least one slide that has a different style than the rest (background can have
color/picture)
- At least 3 different slides (can be organized in any way)
- Layout of some slides must be different (ie Titlepage slide must look like a title page)
- Make text/picture easily viewable - ie make sure there is contrast between text and
background!

Your goal is to design a PowerPoint presentation introducing a new start up organization (or any startup
project of your choice/restaurant/coffee shop/a day care center), that is ready for operation in three months.
Your task is to develop a business process that would be efficiently and effectively implemented and
executed.

Use the following information for the PPT presentation, and organize it in a meaningful manner:

 Define a suitable business process model/map to better align with the strategy to achieve the

 Define the stakeholders concerned with the process efficiency? Identify how you could
improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business process with the use of identified
stakeholders
 Describe how ERP systems or tools could be better utilize to improve the effectiveness and
efficiency of the operation. Examine how Business Process model and ERP could be better
integrated to achieve efficiency
 Use other alternative tools to improve the efficiency, such as BPO, JIT, TQM or Kaizen
 Identify the key measuring techniques to measure the success of the business operation
