Confidentiality: This price offer is prepared only for Popular Diagnostic Center Ltd. The price information is considered confidential
and should not be divulged to a third party not directly related to the procurement process.

Offer Validity: Twenty (20) days from the date of offer.

Vat & AIT: The Quoted price is Including VAT & AIT

Payment: 50% Advance with Purchase Order and remain 50% after successfully Installation and Handover the project.

Delivery: 15 working days after receiving Purchase Order. Delivery cost included in the quoted price.

Warranty and After Sales Services offerings:


1. Product & Service Warranty: Two (01) year from the date of delivery.
2. Accessories and similar equipment are covering industry standard service practices.
3. 24/7 on call service and ensure the best service as per client required.

Warranty Void: Warranty is applicable for the Hardware provided by “HAJ Corporation”.
Warranty would be Considered void under following circumstances:
1. Physically broken/burned items/Mishandling
2. Use of incorrect line voltages/ insufficient ventilation / improper humidity / excessive dust or any other
ambient condition not proper for using equipment.

Additional Job: Additional (which is not mentioned in the RFQ) requirements will be considered at actual price.
