Rationale: The implementation of Project CLASS (Companion of Learning and Attaining Set of Skills) is
designed to empower teachers by enhancing their instructional competencies and equipping
them with the tools necessary to address the diverse needs of learners effectively.
Recognizing the pivotal role of teachers in shaping the educational experiences of students,
this initiative focuses on developing the skills and strategies required to deliver high-quality,
student-centered instruction.
Project CLASS aims to strengthen teachers’ capacity to bridge learning gaps and foster
holistic student development by integrating innovative teaching approaches and technology
into the classroom. It emphasizes the importance of continuous professional growth,
providing educators with opportunities for training, collaboration, and mentorship. This
ensures they remain adaptable and effective in addressing the demands of modern
education.
Ultimately, Project CLASS seeks to empower educators to not only improve their own
teaching practices but also to inspire and support their students in achieving academic
success and developing critical 21st-century skills. Through this initiative, teachers are
positioned as key drivers of meaningful and sustainable educational transformation.
