PART OF A DESKTOP COMPUTER AND ITS USES

MONITOR
A computer monitor, also known as a CRT, is an
electronic output device which displays images in
pictorial form on the screen. A monitor usually consists
of the screen, circuits, casing, housing, and power
source.
Monitors are usually instantly available through plug and
play. If the video on the screen doesn't appear as you
think it should, consider updating the video card driver.
See How to Update Drivers in Windows if you need help.

COMPUTER CASE/COMPUTER CHASSIS

A computer case safeguards all of the important and
expensive parts of a PC or other computing device.
Internal components include things like the
motherboard, chassis, drives, CPU and more for small
desktop units, all the way through whole networks and
even up to advanced blade servers.
A computer case, also known as a computer chassis, is
the enclosure that contains most of the hardware of a
personal computer. The components housed inside the
case (such as the CPU, motherboard, memory, mass
storage devices, power supply unit and various expansion
cards)
MOUSE AND KEYBOARD

The mouse is a small, movable device that lets you

control a range of things on a computer. A
keyboard is for putting information including
letters, words and numbers into your computer.
Whether you're writing a letter or calculating
numerical data, your keyboard is the main way to
enter information into your computer.
The keyboard allows the user to type letters and
numbers and the mouse allows the user to
position the cursor, draw and execute program
functions by clicking mouse buttons.

POWER SUPPLY UNIT

A power supply unit (PSU) is a hardware device that
converts AC electricity into DC electricity and then
distributes it to the rest of the computer. On a
standard desktop computer, the PSU is where the
power cord plugs into and usually has an I/O power
switch on it.
Several direct-current voltages are required, and
they must be regulated with some accuracy to
provide stable operation of the computer.
COMPUTER SPEAKER
A computer speaker is an output hardware device that
connects to a computer to generate sound. The signal
used to produce the sound that comes from a computer
speaker is created by the computer's sound card.
The Speaker is the mouthpiece for the House, for
example, conveying Messages and Addresses from the
House to the Governor. The Speaker is also charged with
upholding the rights and privileges of Members and of
the House.

MOTHERBOARD
The motherboard is the main board that is
screwed directly inside the computer case. All
other cards and everything else plug directly
into the motherboard, hence its name. The
CPU, RAM, drives, power supply, and more
are connected to it.
Its function involves integrating all the
physical components to communicate and
operate together. A good motherboard offers
a wide amount of connectivity options. It also
has the least number of bottlenecks possible.
This allows all the components to operate
efficiently and to fulfill their maximum
potential as they were designed to do.
Obviously, as the physical size is reduced, it
begins to limit connectivity options and
functionality.
