Today, Monday the 2nd of Dec 2024, we held our group meeting were we are to examine our strength
and weakness. Each member had to answer to some series of questions to their teammates:

We had to start the meeting at 4pm but started at 4:30pm due to miss communication and programs
attended by group members (Delbert and Serah for a boot camp at Afro Vision, Tutorial class given by
Brandon to L200 students).

MUGHA BRAYAN did not make it to the meeting and gave as reason: ”Hello everyone...Today wasn't
safe for me to reach out ... Mile15 and we don't have electricity that's why I'm seeing and replying
the noti just now”

But Thankfully the meeting was held successfully.

Questions:
- What do you think are my strengths in this group?
- What are the areas of weaknesses that I have?
- What do you suggest that I can do to improve on myself?

Responses given by group members about:


1. EKOLE SERAH (group leader):
 Strengths :
- She is knows when to be serious and it’s time for jokes ( she knows how to read
the room ) Delbert said.
- She is decisive (quick to take action) Luigi said.
- She is a public speaker (comfortable speaking in public) and takes responsible
and those the job well, Kelsea said.

 Weaknesses:
- She plays a lot, Brandon said
- She likes things to go her own way Delbert said
 Suggested improvements:
- Learn to interact with others regardless of the intellectual state Yvete

2. FUNWI KELSEA(ass group leader):


 Strength :
- He is highly skill and uses his skills for successes of the project
- He is highly productive, does good job as an assistant though sometime
stubborn. Brandon said
 Weaknesses:
- He likes procrastinating (doing key things at the last hours), Serah said
 Suggested improvements:
- He has to improve on his manners Delbert said.
- He has to be time conscious and learn how to manage his time, Serah said.

3. TAKU YVETE
 Strength :
o She is business minded and has some businesses of her own ( Kelsea )
o She is time conscious ( Brandon)
o She is good at communicating and clearly communicates what she has in mind
(Delbert )
 Weaknesses:
o She is not very creatively technical ( Delbert )
o She needs to learn to take bold decisions on her own without needing too much
(Kelsea) guidance from other people.

 Suggested improvements:
o She should learn to take on bold and carrier advancing decisions without
needing to be told what to do.
o She should learn how to communicate her ideas with others.
4. SUH BRANDON
Strength

- He is a fast learner and Is curious about learning more things


- He is also very adaptable and easily resonates with everyone
- He is reliable ( Serah )
- He listens fully to what someone wants to say without interrupting even though the
person might be wrong.

Weaknesses

- Listening fully to something that might be wrong without giving immediate feedback
sometimes ends up also being a weakness.
5. LUIGI-GONZAGA
Strengths

- He is consistent when it comes to work, time conscious


- He recognizes his weakness .

Weaknesses

- He is not very good at communicating his point in a way others can understand him
easily
- Getting to him is very hard or not very approachable. ( Brandon )
6. Nyuh Delbert Kimbi
Strength

- He is skilled and keeps learning daily and improving himself ( Kelsea )


- He is very willing to share his knowledge with his classmates and friends.
- He is good at communicating and is very comfortable with communicating with
people (new ) -> Delbert
- He is good at multitasking (Luigi )

Weaknesses

- He thinks that a particular thing is so important when working on a project and


keeps switching too much that the team might not focus on working on their main
stuff.
- He is harsh to correct someone and someone who doesn’t know him might take the
way he talks personal. (Yvvete)
- He requires too much food to stay focused. (Brandon and Kelsea).
- He hardly listens to others especially when it concerns personal matters.

7. MUGHA BRAYAN AYA-AH NDEFRU


Strengths

- He is good at organizing and coordinates ( Yvette & Brandon)

Weaknesses

- He does not resonate with people who have low-intellective ( Yvette )


- He is authoritative ( Brandon )

Improvements

He needs to learn to communicate his ideas in a way that’s respectful and learn to also consider
what other people have to say to in certain matters. I.e learn to work and collaborate with other people
.
