Frequency distribution is the first step in making scène of data .

It helps us organise and summarize

information ,making it easier to identify patterns and insights. It enables the reader to determine the
nature and shape of the distribution .Frequency distribution of data could be marks scored by students,
temperature of different towns, income of people for the certain region , sales of the product within a
certain region , points scored in a volleyball match etc. After data collection , we have to show data
in a meaningful manner for better understanding .The graphical representation of a frequency
distribution can be shown by using bar graphs, histograms , pie chart and frequency polygon .A
frequency table is a table that keeps a telly of how often the certain events occur. Frequency tables are
most useful when keeping track of how many times the something happens . It is useful because it
provides the table of values of the observations. The advantage of using frequency distribution is that
they present the raw data in organized a, easy-to-read format. The most frequently occurred scores are
easily identified as are score ranges , lower and upper limits, cases that are not common and total
number of observations between any given scores. The advantage of the grouped frequency
distribution that it is small enough for us to get a pretty good idea at a glance how the scores are
distributed. The benefits of frequency distribution are to simplify complex data, reveals data patterns ,
facilitate comparison , aids in statistical analysis , enhances data presentations .

Statistical graph plays a crucial role in our daily lives , often going unnoticed as a powerful tools that are
convey information in a visual and accessible manner. Whether in business ,education , or personal
decision making ,graphs helps us make sense of complex data and tell compelling stories .one of the
most common graphs is the bar graph and it is frequently used to represent categorical data. For
instance think about the nutrition labels on food products. The bar graph of these labels provides a
quick and easy way to help the consumers make informed choices o f their dietary intake , similarly bar
graphs are employed in business reports and presentation to illustrate sales figure, market trends and
other important metrics

O ne of the most powerful tool for data for making sense of large datasets is graphical representation.
Data visualization transforms raw numbers into easily interpretable visuals. Pictograph , bar graphs etc
are the visual tools so effective in educational research. In education teachers often assess student
performance, engagement and understanding through a variety of tests and surveys .graph offer an
essay way to present these results. The educators quickly identify and compare then draw conclusions

In education graphs are tools for conveying complex concepts. We often use visual aids such as bar
graphs, or pie charts to make mathematical and scientific principles more accessible for students. When
studying statistical phenomena or historical trends, students frequently create graphs to analyze and
interpret data enhancing their critical thinking and analytical skills.
This graph shows the final grades of the class at the end of academic session. This is a bar graph. In
horizontal way (x-axis) the grades are written and in the vertical line (y-axis) number of students are
written. By looking at this graph result can be easily analysed. Total number of students how got grade
A and A- grade got by 16students , B+ to B- grade got by 26 students , C+ to c- grade got by 25
students , D+ to D- grade got by 10 students and F grade got by 5 students.

Grading system ensures consistent assessment and fairness in assigning scores. Effective grading
system communicate information about learning to help students. Grading measures students
performance and plays a crucial role in decision making for admissions ,scholarship .Grades can
motivate students to strive for excellence and provide feedback on progress.

Grading not only measures students performance .It also perceives how students perceive themselves
as learners. It communicate how well students met their learning objectives, shapes their academic
identi ties. ,and influences their motivation .grading system focuses heavily on compliance
( punctuality ,attendance) or relative performance (curving).equitable grading shifts focus to weather
students skills and knowledge intented by course, while also promoting transparency ,growth,
accountability in ways that serve all learners.
