Q1: A. Explore the relationship between leadership styles and managerial roles. Evaluate
different leadership theories (e.g., transformational, transactional, situational) and their
implications for managerial effectiveness in leading teams and achieving organizational
goals.
B. Analyze and evaluate CSR initiatives undertaken by a selected organization. Discuss
how these initiatives align with the organization's values, impact stakeholders, and
contribute to sustainable development.
C. Discuss, in detail, Managerial Skills like - Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
Skills, Conflict Resolution and Negotiation Skills, Adaptability and Resilience Skills
Group 2 (2nd half of class strength)
Q1: A. Explore and compare the functions of managers at different organizational levels (top,
middle, and first-line) and across various industries. Discuss how these functions differ
based on organizational structure, size, and complexity.
B. Elaborate the role of ethical leadership in promoting social responsibility within
organizations. Discuss the characteristics of ethical leaders, their influence on
organizational culture, and the impact of ethical leadership on employee behavior and
organizational performance.
C. Discuss, in detail, Managerial Skills like - Time Management and Prioritization Skills,
Team Building and Motivation Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Strategic Thinking and
Planning Skills
