Designing an Online Job Vacancy Information

System

Proposal Overview:
This project aims to design a comprehensive online job vacancy information
system to connect job seekers with employers. The system will streamline the job
application process, enhance accessibility to job opportunities, and provide tools
for employers to manage job postings and review applications effectively.

Problem Statement
The traditional job application process involves significant manual effort, such as
physical submissions and time-consuming coordination between job seekers and
employers. Additionally, existing platforms may not cater to specific regional
requirements or provide effective features for filtering candidates. An efficient
online system is required to address these challenges and make job searching
and recruitment seamless.

Scope
The system will cater to both job seekers and employers by providing features
such as:
1. Online job posting and vacancy management for employers.
2. A searchable database of job opportunities for seekers.
3. User accounts for personalized experiences (e.g., saved searches, job alerts).
4. Application tracking and communication tools between applicants and
recruiters.

Objectives
