Problem1: Consider a computer technical support center where

personnel take calls and provide service. The time between calls ranges
from 1 to 4 minutes, with distribution as shown in Table 1. There are two
technical support people>-Able and Baker. Able is more experienced and
can provide service faster than Baker. The distributions of their service
times are shown in Tables 2 and 3. Simulate for 6 customers.
More than one channel of work/service
Assuming Able being faster than Baker, so Able is preferred
Steps
1. A customer arrives at time k
2. If both Able and Baker are free, then service goes to Able
3. If Able is busy, then service goes to Baker
4. If both Able and Baker are busy, then customer waits for one of them to
be free
