in your premises & preparation of Fire & safety Audit Report.
Objective:
The primary objective of the fire safety audit is to assess and enhance the effectiveness of the existing fire safety
measures and emergency preparedness plan within the designated premises. This includes identifying potential fire
hazards, evaluating the adequacy of fire prevention and protection systems, and ensuring that emergency response
procedures are robust and well-coordinated.
Scope of the study – External Fire & Safety Audit of your plant area.
The broad scope of review includes:
To conduct a detail study all, plant sections & facilities and suggestion for Improvement.
Identification of fire/explosion hazards and suggest for protective measures;
Emergency Management system;
Report findings, conclusions & recommendations for improvement to management.

Fire Prevention Measures.
Assessment of electrical systems and equipment.
Inspection of storage and handling of flammable
materials. Evaluation of smoking areas and controls.
Fire Protection Systems:
Examination of fire detection and alarm systems.

Term & conditions:
1. A Factory visit will be made for collecting necessary information /data about the plant, process detail,
storage of chemicals, emergency procedure, existing Fire & safety system as pre attached checklist.
2. The management has to provide the necessary information /data required for preparation of Safety
Audit report.
3. The payment will be released 50% advance after work order / PO & remaining 50% within week after
submission the audit report.
