Acknowledgment
We take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who have guided and supported
us throughout the planning phase of our final year capstone project, "Medical Management System."
First and foremost, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to our college and the Department of
Computer Science for providing us with the platform and resources to explore and apply our technical
knowledge to a real-world problem.
We are deeply grateful to our project guide, [Mr. A.S.A Sir ], whose expert guidance, insightful
feedback, and continuous encouragement have been invaluable throughout this planning stage. Their
advice on structuring the system requirements, developing a feasible timeline, and ensuring that the
project adheres to best practices has been particularly instrumental.
We also thank our peers for their collaboration, ideas, and constant motivation during brainstorming
sessions. Their inputs have been crucial in refining our project scope and objectives.
Finally, we acknowledge the support of our families, who have provided us with the emotional strength
and encouragement to focus on this important academic milestone.
As we move forward to the execution phase, we remain committed to leveraging the insights gained
during this planning stage to successfully develop a robust and user-centric Medical Management
System that addresses real-world challenges in healthcare.

Abstract
➔ The proposed system is a web application for Medical Management System. Through this project,
we aim to provide a convenient platform for patients to register and access medical-related services.
The Medical Management System focuses on developing an efficient, user-friendly, and automated
web-based application for assigning departments to patients. The system gathers the needs of
patients, medical administrators, and managers. It ensures transparency while considering patient
preferences and facility rules.
➔ The system manages complaints, department assignments, billing, transfer requests, attendance
records, and user roles such as admin and manager. Department allocation is handled efficiently
with features to assign departments based on availability and patient preferences. The admin
oversees the system's overall functioning, including defining department allocation rules and
monitoring complaint resolutions. Managers handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing complaints,
updating department statuses, and approving requests. This system enhances transparency, improves
operational efficiency, and ensures a better experience for management.
