Is your working software available for frequent
evaluation by customer?
• If not, have you identified the bottleneck in the VS?
• Is customer available for it?

Is your customer and team having frequent


interaction? If not, why not?
Shorter Timescale

Does your organization aspire for shorter timescale?
• If yes, do they have a plan for it?
• If no, do they understand impact of it?

Is this shorter timescale sustainable enough?
