Project Title: Real Estate Management System with SMS Notifications

Objective:
To develop a comprehensive Real Estate Management System that allows for property listings,
customer inquiries, and scheduled appointments, with SMS notifications for new listings,
updates, and viewing appointments.

Project Description:
This Real Estate Management System is designed to streamline property management, listing,
and customer engagement for real estate agencies. The system will include a robust portal where
potential buyers or renters can browse available properties, inquire about listings, and schedule
property viewings. SMS notifications will keep customers informed about new listings,
confirmations, and reminders for appointments, ensuring proactive communication and a
smoother customer experience.

Scope of Work:

1. User Registration and Management:


o Customer Registration: Enable customers to register with personal details,
including their mobile number, to receive SMS updates.
o Agent Management: Create profiles for agents, allowing them to manage their
listings and respond to inquiries.
2. Property Listing Management:
o Add and Update Listings: Admins or agents can add, update, or remove property
listings with detailed information, including images, location, price, and property
features.
o Search and Filter Options: Allow customers to search properties by location,
price range, property type, and other relevant filters.
3. Customer Inquiries:
o Inquiry Form: Potential customers can inquire about specific listings, with
automatic notifications sent to the relevant agent.
o SMS Notifications for New Listings: Registered customers can opt-in to receive
SMS notifications when new properties matching their preferences are added.
4. Appointment Scheduling and Management:
o Viewing Appointment Scheduling: Customers can book viewing appointments
for properties through the portal.
o Appointment Reminders: SMS reminders for upcoming viewing appointments,
with the ability to reschedule or cancel through the system.
o Agent Notifications: Notify agents of confirmed appointments and updates to
their schedule.
5. Admin Dashboard:
o Property and User Management: Admins can manage all properties, users, and
agents, with the ability to review inquiries and appointments.

for SMS updates on those properties.
