Chicken Tikka by Satvir
Ingredients
• Chicken boneless 10 piece or 280 grams (basic marination)
• Deghi mirch 2 tsp
• Oil 3 tsp
• Master Red marinade 2 tbsp
Method
• In a bowl add Chicken with basic marination.
• Add Deghi mirch and oil to it.
• Then mix all the ingredients well
• Then add Red master marinade and mix well.
• Then Refrigerate for 30 mins.(optional)
• Then put all the Chicken tikkas on a skewer and bake at 180°c for 15
minutes.
• Once done butter the tikkas with a brush.
• Serve hot in plate of choice and goes well with Onion cabbage spicy salad.
• Chicken Tikka is ready.
