prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this
issue.

Kindly send your service engineer to examine this defect. However, if the defect is
irreparable, please replace the … against the warranty that goes with it.
I hope you will act immediately and relieve our distress.
Points to note:
Describe your opinion/complaint clearly.
Write the letter in a polite manner.
Mention the purpose of writing a letter in the subject line.
Say what you would like the receiver to do to redress the complaint
(replacement/refund of money/free service).
The third paragraph should include the conclusion part, where you state the resolution
for your problem.
Mention your next course of action, if the complaint remains unattended.
Avoid making any threats or warning.
