Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancelling a booking from Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 12:00:00 AM Arabian Standard Time has a penalty of 100 %.;
Cancelling a booking from Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 12:00:00 AM Arabian Standard Time has a penalty of 100 QAR.;
Amendments and Cancellations
1. Once a booking is made, amendments are not allowed.
2. Booking is refundable if cancelled 48 hours before the arrival date and is subject to a Service fee of QAR 100 per booking
3. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are subject to 100% cancellation fee
The following exceptions apply (Subject to Service fee of QAR 100 per booking):
Flight was cancelled or changed by the airline.
Compassionate grounds, supported by some documentary evidence, such as a positive PCR result preventing travel.
Visa rejection by the authorities upon arrival into Qatar.
The State of Qatar rules of entry into Qatar change in a way that materially affects your booking.
Check-in and check-out
Standard hotel check-in and check-out times are 1500 and 1200 respectively. Early check-in is subject to availability
