Morning routine
4:00:4:05 Drink 2 glasses of hot water with lemon and pink Himalayan salt
4:05-4:10 Wash eyes, put ice spoons on eyes while stretching.
4:10-4:25 Oil pulling for 15 minutes
Clear stomach
4:25-4:30 Brush teeth, clean tongue and wash body.
4:30-5:15 Exercise for 45 minutes and drink 1 litre of water while doing.
5:15-5:30 Apply aloe vera to face
Clean the body thoroughly
Use clove mouth wash

Night routine
9:00 Check to do list for next day
9:00-9:10 Floss teeth
9:10-9:11 Face wash
9:11-9:15 Use clove mouth wash
Apply ghee to lips

Rules
How to study Read / write for 55minutes in hour and take 5 minutes break and refresh.
1st thing in morning Do not watch any videos / timepass content 1st thing in morning
Screen time From 6:30 am to 9:00 pm. Try to avoid screen as much as you can.
Time waste No Instagram, use youtube for knowledge, watch video only by search
Games chess
Movies / shows Sunday evening
How to lead life Read bhagavad gita and become a man.
Discipline You must follow what you are writing her. Must follow time table
Procrastination If you procrastinate you will regret it for entire life.
Over thinking Pranayama, do exercise, do not think about anything more than 10 minutes.
Try to be in present.
Too much talking listening is the key listen more than talking. Do not interrupt someone while
and free advices speaking and give them free advices.
If problem comes Write it down and write all the outcomes and solution choose the best of all to
pursue the problem and solve it.
Phone calls When a relative or outsider calls
• speak on point.
• Do not speak without thinking, think thoroughly before speaking that it
may cause problems or cause overthinking for speaking it.
• Never speak about third person in a call whether good or bad.
• Best to keep it under 10minutes and no motivational speeches.
Imp – never reveal any secret of yours to anyone even family.
Addictions no soft drinks, sweet only once a week, Po*n only once a week
