Computer Studies Department Project Proposal: Point of Sale Title: Mini Restaurant Machine Description: The Mini Restaurant Machine is a command-line application developed in C to allow users to feel how cashier machine work. Users can feel how to work on real machines that seeing on counter. The machine also can collect many orders as possible. The Mini Restaurant Machine have also some features like, adding and adding the order of customer and Voiding order of the customer. Objectives (SMART): Specific: To create a system that allows users to try how to work on machine on counter and take also properly order. Measurable: The program will handle many orders as possible. This program also can void the order of customers. Achievable: By the end of the project, Mini Restaurant Machine will be fully implemented and functional. Relevant: This project enhances programming skills related to file handling, loops, and user input in C and the user will enhance their communication to others. They can also experience the job of Cashier. Time-bound: The project will be completed in 8 weeks.
